The Ministry Development School (MDS) is a leadership training school, developed by Encounter Christian Centre in Auckland.

Ministry Development School has trained & equipped students for leadership & ministry within the life of our church, across New Zealand and internationally.

 

WHY SHOULD I DO THIS?

Have you felt like you've lacked the skill in telling someone about your faith?  

Ministry Development School offers you a unique opportunity to develop your ministry skills, with teaching, mentoring & opportunities for practical application.

It will expand your understanding of what ‘ministry’ truly means & equip you to become a resilient & empowered follower of Jesus.

The course is structured to work in with your other commitments & it’s very affordable.

You will be committing to a Vimeo teaching in a small group setting one night each week, as well as a weekend event at the end of each term, with the Course Principal, Brent Douglas.
